The Coalition of Emerging Organizations™ is a Forum exclusively
for Presidents, Owners and Executives of early stage, non-competitive companies
who come together to form executive level advisory boards focused on increased professional
competencies and comprehensive business development. Led by an experienced facilitator,
the CEO Forum™ works with its members to define and pro-actively manage the
strategic and functional change that is required for successful, profitable growth.
Membership is by invitation/referral only and candidates must complete a qualification
process. Each forum is limited to not more than fourteen members and selection is
based on standards that promote committed, cohesive advisory boards equipped with
the diverse expertise needed to fast-forward results.
Structured to minimize time away from the business, advisory groups meet once per
month using a focused agenda and highly interactive format. Designed to maximize
outcomes, private phone consultations are provided on a weekly basis and unlimited
